High wear-resisting steel is used to make main blade plate, side blade and reinforcement plate of base plate.
For digging hard soil with tough rubble or loading rubble and gravel, aggressive bucket loading in highly abrasive applications such as severe rock. Buckets delivery a higher level of wear protection for extended life in aggressively abrasive applications.

After welding is completed, all welding lines are inspected by Ultrasonic Flaw Detector.

Checked for structural integrity at every stage of production, we ensure that every long arm boom meets stringent in-house quality assurance and ISO 9001 standards. 

All bucket are shot blasted to ensure that the surface is thoroughly clean and free from contaminants and rust.
In addition, this process presents the steel with a surface texture that provides excellent adhesion for prime coat of paint.
A layer of primer is applied prior to the final coats of paint with colour matching to the machine that it will be installed onto.
Use marine grade epoxy paint as undercoat.

Besides regular configuration, rock buckets are with reinforced plates, lip protectors, and side-resistant blocks for enhancement.
Thicker thickness plate and higher quality parts(teeth, adaptor, side cutters, teeth shrood, and flanges). Add reinforced plates on the bottom, add reinforced lines in the front of the bucket, put one more protective plate on both sides

Heavy-duty rock buckets are designed for aggressive bucket-loading conditions in some of the toughest environments. 

These buckets are manufactured from high-tensile steel with complete external wear protection that guarantees reliability within the harshest conditions.
