The front structure is popularly built by using Chinese high-tensile steel plate (HG785D-S590Q. Q550D= 5550 and Q355B- 5355)

Welding process is mainly by high tech robotic welding machine.

With 14 meters double-sides Boring Machine to ensure the mounting accuracy of Long Reach Arm and Boom.
The increased accuracy reduces wear and increases the life of the long arm.
The holes before welding and the holes after welding are the necessary procedures for us to make the extension arm.

All long reach front are shot blasted to ensure that the surface is thoroughly clean and free from contaminants and rust.

In addition, this process presents the steel with a surface texture that provides excellent adhesion for prime coat of paint.

Features of GLIKR Long Reach Arms:
In order to ensure the strongest digging capacity, the GLIKR long reach arm is equipped with reinforced plates to prolong the service life of the arm.
The connecting rod is equipped with reinforced ribs. The overall selection of high-strength structural steel plates S550/S690 grades improves the structural strength and durability.
The GLIKR long reach arm set includes boom, stick, bucket and related cylinders and hydraulic lines.
The extended arm can be equipped with additional hydraulic pipelines for connecting hydraulic quick couplers to meet the needs of various working conditions and matching different attachments.

Scope Of Application:

(1) Earthwork for excavation of deep pits and steep slopes, embankments, and slope repair works.
(2) Long-distance excavation for municipal pipe network, buried pipe project, subway construction and tunnel digging.
