Inside of Booms with we design baffle plates that make booms strong and durable to withstand torsional loads.
Our boom and arm are large-welded box structure and thick or multi-plates for high-stress areas.
1- Welding process is mainly by high tech robotic welding machine and some parts by manual welding with over 15 years experience.
To guarantee the durability, conformance in quality and solidity.
2- All long reach front are shot blasted to ensure that the surface is thoroughly clean and free from contaminants and rust.
In addition, this process presents the steel with a surface texture that provides excellent adhesion for prime coat of paint.
A layer of primer is applied prior to the final coats of paint with colour matching to the machine that it will be installed onto.
3- Use marine grade epoxy paint as undercoat.
