SIEVE BUCKET
The ribs of sieve bucket is fully used with HB400steel .
Which will be 3 times harder and 4 times stronger and tougher than mild steel.
The rib spacing is from 75mm to 150mm, making them functional for all applications of demolition, building clean-up, sorting or digging rock.
Side Plates are beveled prior to welding to ensure strength being maintained.
Design Is simulated extensively, ensuring design integrity and detecting potential stress and fatigue points,using CNC cutting machine.
We also have multiple steel plates for customers to choose.
All surfaces are shot blasted which can release welding stress and increase paint adhesion.
Use marine grade epoxy paint as undercoat.
GLIKR offered additional counterweight to balance excavator and long reach arm while doing digging job.
